Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 30, 2025

Introduction

Wireless Management, LLC (“Wireless Management,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) is a Virginia limited liability company and an exclusive AT&T Authorized Retailer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information on our website (the “Site”) and our privacy practices in compliance with U.S. federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Importantly, our Site is informational only – we do not collect personal data through the Site. We also adhere to AT&T’s policies and applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations regarding customer information. This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of our Site and U.S. customers of our services. By using our Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Information We Collect Through the Contact Us Form

Wireless Management provides a “Contact Us” form on our website that allows visitors to voluntarily reach out to us for inquiries or assistance. When you use this form, we may collect the following personal information:

  • Full Name: To address you properly in our communications.
  • Email Address: To respond to your inquiries or provide requested assistance.
  • Subject and Message: To understand the nature of your inquiry and provide an appropriate response.

We use the personal information collected via this form solely to respond to your specific requests or questions. This information will be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was provided and will not be added to any marketing lists unless explicitly stated and consented to by you.

We will not retain the personal information collected from the Contact Us form longer than necessary to address your inquiry or request. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose this information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Limited Sharing of Customer Information

Wireless Management does not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Since our website does not collect personal data, we have nothing to sell or share for commercial marketing. We only share customer information in very limited circumstances:

  • With AT&T (upon request or as necessary):Wireless Management is an exclusive AT&T Authorized Retailer, which means we work closely with AT&T to provide you telecommunications products and services. If you become a customer through our retail store or have an inquiry related to AT&T services, we may share limited relevant information with AT&T to fulfill your request or to service your account. For example, if AT&T needs to verify a transaction you made at our store or needs information to set up your wireless service, we will provide the necessary details (such as your name, account details, or purchase information) to AT&T. We share information with AT&T only for legitimate business purposes, such as providing service, fulfilling orders, account support, or as otherwise required by AT&T’s policies. We do not share your information with AT&T for any purposes that are not related to serving you as a customer. (Any information you provide to AT&T directly, for example when signing up for service, is governed by AT&T’s privacy notice and policies.)
  • With Service Providers:Because our Site does not collect data, we generally do not use outside vendors to process data from the Site. In the event we use service providers for our business (for instance, an IT hosting provider for the website or email service), those providers may incidentally process technical information (like IP addresses in server logs) to enable the Site to function. We ensure any such service providers are bound to protect any information and use it only to provide services to us. They would not be permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal Obligations and Safety:If required by law, regulation, or legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or investigation), we may disclose information we hold. For example, if you email us a question that involves an alleged fraud or we are required to provide records to regulators, we will comply with applicable law. We may also disclose information if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wireless Management, our employees, our customers, or others. This could include exchanging information with other companies or authorities for fraud protection or security purposes.

Aside from the above, we do not share your personal information with any third parties. In particular, we do not sell lists of customer information, and we do not share your data with third-party marketers or advertisers.

Adherence to AT&T Policies

As an AT&T Authorized Retailer, Wireless Management adheres to AT&T’s policies regarding customer information and privacy. AT&T imposes strict requirements on how its retailers handle customer data. We treat any customer information we handle with the same level of care and confidentiality that AT&T does. We encourage you to review AT&T’s own Privacy Notice for details on how AT&T collects and uses customer information. To the extent we handle any personal information as part of providing AT&T services (for example, helping you activate a phone or manage your wireless plan in-store), we follow AT&T’s privacy guidelines and use that information solely for the intended purpose of providing you service. We will never use AT&T customer information in a way that violates AT&T’s policies or your expectations.

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

Because we provide telecommunications services as an AT&T retailer, certain information related to your telecom services may be classified as Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) under federal law. CPNI is a term defined by U.S. law (47 U.S.C. § 222 and FCC regulations) that generally includes the sensitive information that telecommunications companies collect about your use of their services. This includes details like the type of services you have, the plans or features you subscribe to, how you use those services (e.g. call logs, call duration, and destinations, data usage), and related billing information. In short, if you are an AT&T wireless customer, the information on your phone bill and your usage patterns are considered CPNI and receive special protection. Your telephone number, name, and address are not CPNI, but they are still treated as private customer information.

Our Duty to Protect CPNI: We want you to know that it is your right, and our legal duty, to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI. Wireless Management follows all FCC rules and regulations regarding CPNI. We will not use, disclose, or permit access to your CPNI except as allowed by law. Generally, we will use or share CPNI only as needed to provide you with your telecommunications services or to conduct legitimate business related to those services. For example, we may access or use your CPNI to recommend an AT&T service plan that fits your needs, or AT&T might request CPNI from us to ensure your services are properly provisioned. We will not use your CPNI for marketing purposes outside of what is permitted: we do not use CPNI to market non-telecommunications services to you, and we will not share your CPNI with outside parties for their own marketing.

CPNI Consent and Opt-Out: Under federal law, AT&T (and its agents, including us) may use your CPNI to market related telecommunications services to you (for instance, upgrades or new features related to your existing wireless service) unless you instruct otherwise. If AT&T or Wireless Management ever were to use your CPNI for marketing beyond your current services, you have the right to opt out. AT&T provides mechanisms for customers to opt out of certain uses of CPNI (for example, by submitting a request on AT&T’s website or calling AT&T’s opt-out line). Wireless Management honors all such choices. If you have opted out through AT&T, we will refrain from using your CPNI for any marketing that is covered by your opt-out. If you wish to ensure that your CPNI is not used for marketing by us, you may also contact us directly at the email or address in the Contact section of this Policy, and we will record your preference. Your decision to restrict CPNI will not affect the provision of any services you have with us or AT&T.

Protecting Your CPNI: We take measures to secure any systems or records containing CPNI. For example, access to CPNI is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to assist you, and they are trained on privacy duties. We do not disclose CPNI to unauthorized individuals. If you contact us for support regarding your account, we may need to verify your identity (for instance, via proper identification or passcodes) before discussing CPNI-related details, as required by FCC rules. In the unlikely event of any breach of CPNI privacy, we will notify you and the FCC as required by law.

Use of the Site by U.S. Residents; International Users

Our website and services are intended for users in the United States. Wireless Management primarily serves customers in the U.S., and our Site is not marketed to or designed for individuals outside of the U.S. If you are visiting this Site from outside the United States, please be aware that our website is subject to U.S. laws and regulations, and any information you provide (if any) will be handled in accordance with U.S. privacy laws and this Policy. We do not knowingly target or solicit users in other countries. If you are an international user, you understand and agree that any data you may provide is being transferred to and processed in the U.S., and that U.S. laws may not offer the same level of data protection as those in your home country. If you do not agree to this, please do not use our Site.

Because we do not collect personal data through the Site, compliance with international data laws (such as the EU’s GDPR or other non-U.S. regulations) is generally not applicable. However, if you have any privacy-related questions or requests and are an international visitor, you may still reach out to us at our contact information below, and we will try to accommodate any legitimate concerns within the scope of U.S. law and our Site’s operations.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age through our website. In fact, as noted, we do not collect personal data from any users via the Site. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to use or provide any information on this Site. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (for example, via an unsolicited email), we will take steps to delete that information promptly and will not use it. Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child under 13 may have provided personal information to us can contact us at the address in the Contact section, and we will work to remove any such information.

Additionally, if you are under the age of 18, you should use our Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We encourage parents to supervise their children’s internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information on this Site or any other website without permission.

Third-Party Websites and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Wireless Management. In particular, we may provide links to AT&T’s websites for product information, plan details, or account management, as well as links to our pages on third-party social media platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), or LinkedIn. These external sites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use, not by Wireless Management’s Privacy Policy. For example, if you click a link on our Site that takes you to an att.com webpage (such as for shopping or account login), any information you provide or that is collected on AT&T’s site will be subject to AT&T’s privacy policy. Likewise, if you navigate to Facebook or other social sites via our Site, your interactions on those platforms are governed by the privacy and data policies of those companies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website you visit after leaving our Site, to understand how those sites collect and use your information. Links to external sites on our Site are provided for your convenience or to provide additional information, but that does not constitute our endorsement of those sites or their content. If you have questions about what data may be collected by third-party sites, please refer to those sites’ privacy notices.

Data Security

Although we do not collect personal information through our Site, Wireless Management takes data security seriously. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any personal information that we handle (such as information you may provide via email or information associated with AT&T services). This includes maintaining secure networks and using up-to-date security software for our systems. If we store or transmit customer information (for example, as part of assisting in your AT&T service activation), we do so using secure methods consistent with industry standards and AT&T’s security requirements (such as encryption for certain data and password protection for account access). Internally, we limit access to customer information to those employees or agents who need it to perform their duties, and all such personnel are trained to keep that information confidential.

Please remember that no website or internet transmission is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information and maintain a secure website, we cannot guarantee that our Site is immune from all risks, such as sophisticated cyber-attacks. Our Site, however, intentionally minimizes data collection to reduce these risks. If you have any reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you suspect that an email you sent to us was intercepted), please contact us immediately using the information below.

Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not actively collect or store personal data through our Site, most consumer privacy rights (such as access, deletion, or correction requests) will not be applicable in the usual way. However, Wireless Management is committed to transparency and compliance with applicable privacy laws, including U.S. federal law and Virginia state law.

If you have ever provided us personal information (for example, by contacting us directly or during a transaction in one of our stores) and you have questions or requests regarding that information, you have the right to contact us about it. Specifically:

  • Access and Correction:You may request confirmation of whether we have any personal information about you and ask to access that information. You may also request that we correct or update any personal information we hold about you. We will honor such requests to the extent possible and required by law. For most Wireless Management website users, we simply will not have any personal data on file. If you believe we might, please reach out and we will assist.
  • Deletion:You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. If, for example, you sent us an email inquiry in the past and no longer want us to keep that correspondence, we will delete it upon your request (unless we are required by law or legitimate business needs to retain it for a period of time). Note that information related to your AT&T services may reside in AT&T’s systems; deletion of those records would be governed by AT&T’s policies, but we can guide you on how to contact AT&T if needed.
  • Virginia Residents and VCDPA:If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) may grant you specific rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to confirm if we are processing your data, to obtain a copy of personal data you provided to us, or to opt out of certain uses of personal data. Given the nature of our Site, we do not process personal data in ways that involve targeted advertising or selling of data, and we generally do not process sensitive personal data. Therefore, many VCDPA rights are not directly applicable. Nevertheless, we respect the spirit of VCDPA. We do not sell personal information, and we do not process personal data for targeted advertising. If you have any concerns or requests under VCDPA (or other state privacy laws), please contact us. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.
  • California Residents:Our Site is not directed to California specifically, and we do not collect personal data through it. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments (CPRA). If you are a California resident and you were to provide us personal information, you can rest assured we do not sell it. You also have the right to request information about any personal data we might have and to request deletion, similar to the rights described above. Again, since we generally do not have data on Site visitors, this is usually not applicable. However, you may contact us with any questions or requests and we will address them in accordance with California law.

To exercise any of your privacy-related rights or to inquire about personal information, please use the contact information in the section below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (for example, to ensure that it’s actually you making the request). We will respond to legitimate requests within the timeframe required by law (typically 45 days under many laws, with an extension if needed, of which we would notify you).

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, to incorporate new laws or regulations, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Policy are posted will signify your acceptance of those changes. For any significant changes, we may also provide a more prominent notice or seek your consent as required by law.

The Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last revised.
